Service Description
Via video walkthrough or floor plan, we identify reflection points, bass nodes and flutter echoes. You’ll receive a PDF layout showing panel/bass-trap positions, thickness and mounting height—plus a basic EQ curve you can apply yourself.
Cancellation Policy
• Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Deposits and prepaid fees are 100 % refundable when you cancel ≥ 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit OR incur a $50 late-cancellation fee (whichever is greater). • No-shows are charged the full deposit plus $50. • One free reschedule per booking if made ≥ 24 hours out; additional changes are $25 each. • Travel outside a 25-mile radius of Monrovia/Pasadena area may incur a mileage fee — quoted before we confirm. • Remaining balances for on-site services are due at service completion (credit card, Zelle, or cash). • By booking you agree to these terms.
